Report Incidents Immediately

Employees must report all incidents immediately to their respective supervisor. The incident will be appropriately investigated so we can ensure that controls are put in place to prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future.

What must be reported?

  • workplace injuries or illnesses

  • near hits

  • incidents requiring first aid

  • unsafe acts or conditions

  • property damage

  • incidents involving a company vehicle
