Effectively Interviewing Hourly Employees
This class is part of the New Manager Training Plan and will be offered as three separate sessions (30-45 minutes each). It is designed to consider the before, during, and after parts of the Interview process from the job posting, interview questions, and effective on-boarding practices.

This OSHA 10 Training provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in the workplace. It also provides information regarding worker rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint.

Buck STAR Field Day
Ever wondered what it is like to work at a STAR Plant? Here is your opportunity to get an “up close” look at the STAR process. Join us for an informative day. Participants must have steel-toed boots; SEFA will provide all other required PPE.
CPR Certification
This training is a hands-on evaluation designed to assess each person's ability to demonstrate the necessary skills to provide CPR and use an AED in an emergency. The Seismic NSC First Aid, CPR & AED assignment is a prerequisite for this class.
